PHP + MySQL app: public lead form + admin dashboard. This folder is the only app — Next.js /expo is a proxy into it.
Open ACCESS.html for all URLs, or use:
| How | URL |
|---|---|
| Lead form (via frontend) | http://localhost:3000/expo |
| Admin (via frontend) | http://localhost:3000/expo/admin/ |
| Direct PHP (no frontend) | http://127.0.0.1:8091/ |
| Direct PHP admin | http://127.0.0.1:8091/admin/ |
Frontend rewrites /expo → http://127.0.0.1:8091 (EXPO_LEADFORM_UPSTREAM). Start PHP first (start-local.bat), then npm run dev in frontend/ if you need the :3000 URLs.
C:\xampp\htdocs\expo-leadformincludes/config.php if you want a fresh install. Use includes/config.example.php only as a reference.start-local.bat.setup.php (creates database, tables, first admin, and includes/config.php)./index.php/admin/Run start-local.bat or:
php -S 127.0.0.1:8091 router.php
